Refund Policy

The short version

• Cancel during your 5-day free trial → you are never charged.
• Request a refund within 14 days of your first paid charge → we'll refund it in full.
• After 14 days, no refunds. But you can cancel anytime in one click and you won't be billed again.

The longer version

5-day free trial

Premium Monthly comes with a 5-day free trial. You must add a card to start the trial (so Whop can convert to paid if you don't cancel). You can cancel during the trial via your Whop billing portal and will not be charged.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you're charged for your first paid month and decide Stack The Odds isn't for you, email us within 14 days of that first charge and we'll refund the payment in full. No retention-team gymnastics; you don't need to explain why.

The 14-day money-back is limited to:

• The first-ever paid charge on your account
• One refund per household / payment method
• Members who have not breached the Terms of Service (no chargebacks, no account-sharing, no abuse)

Members on the Annual plan are covered by the same 14-day money-back guarantee.

After 14 days

We don't offer refunds after the 14-day window. You can cancel anytime in one click via your Whop billing portal and you won't be billed for the following period. Cancellations made before the renewal date take effect immediately at the end of the current period.

How to request a refund

Email support@stacktheodds.com with the email address on your subscription. Refunds are processed via Whop / Stripe and typically reach your card within 5 to 10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks without prior contact will result in a permanent ban from the Service and may incur additional dispute fees.
