Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Stack The Odds website, Telegram and Discord communities, and related services (collectively, "the Service") operated by BTBvalueltd Ltd ("Stack The Odds", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you are 18 or over, you are not legally prohibited from gambling in your jurisdiction, and you are not currently self-excluded from any UK gambling operator. We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time if we suspect underage use or self-exclusion breach.

2. The Service

Stack The Odds provides an information and education service relating to value betting. We post identified +EV opportunities, market analysis, and educational content to our free Telegram and paid Discord communities. We do not place bets on your behalf, hold customer funds, or operate as a bookmaker.

All tips, strategies, and information provided are intended strictly for educational and informational purposes only. We do not provide gambling or financial advice, nor do we guarantee profits or specific outcomes from any bets placed.

3. Subscriptions, Trials & Billing

Paid access to the Service is sold via our payment partner Whop. Your relationship with Whop is governed separately by Whop's own terms. By subscribing you authorise Whop to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

  • Free trial: 5 days of full Premium access. You can cancel inside the trial via Whop and will not be charged. Trials are limited to one per customer; trial abuse (multiple accounts, false payment methods, chargebacks) may result in a permanent ban.
  • Recurring billing: All paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via your Whop billing portal. Cancellations must be made before the next renewal date. Failure to cancel in time will not result in a refund.

4. Risk Disclosure

Gambling involves risk and can result in financial loss. While we aim to promote responsible, value-based strategies, individual results vary based on stake size, time committed, account-management practice, and natural variance. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results. Members are solely responsible for their own betting activity and should only stake amounts they can afford to lose.

Bookmakers may limit or close accounts that consistently win. We provide guidance on account-management practice; we accept no liability if a bookmaker limits or closes your account.

5. Member Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share your account login or invite link with non-members
  • Resell, redistribute, or rehost our content or picks
  • Harass, abuse, or spam other members or staff
  • Use the Service to facilitate underage gambling
  • Attempt to scrape, mirror, or automate access to the Service

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach without refund. We may also remove content at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, picks, analysis, and educational material are the intellectual property of BTBvalueltd Ltd. You may not copy, redistribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

7. Liability

By using the Service you acknowledge that BTBvalueltd Ltd accepts no liability for any financial losses incurred from bets placed on the basis of information provided. Our maximum aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via Telegram, Discord, and / or email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the English courts.
